All financial transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) through verified Indonesian banking channels including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and approved e-wallets. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four hours for fully verified accounts during operational hours.
All bonuses issued by depo4d are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable turnover conditions are fully met. Abuse of promotions will result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. depo4d will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify depo4d's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accounts registered on depo4d are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds or entitlements associated with it. Any attempted transfer of an account will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
depo4d is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC may also be triggered at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle at depo4d's discretion.

Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your depo4d account within two to five minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited instantly at all times. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience processing delays of up to four hours.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. depo4d reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
You may only deposit funds that you personally own and that originate from a legitimate, lawful source. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Certain deposit transactions may qualify for a bonus credit under active promotional offers. Bonus credits are governed by the specific terms of the applicable promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus terms are published separately for each promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Withdrawals may only be requested from your real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements). Bonus balance is not withdrawable until all applicable turnover conditions have been fully satisfied. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. depo4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered Player's name, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one to four hours during depo4d's operational hours (24 hours daily). Processing times for bank transfers are additionally subject to the receiving bank's internal clearing schedule. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically arrive within two hours of processing confirmation during banking hours.
depo4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside depo4d's control and may be deducted by the third-party institution independently. Players are advised to review their bank's fee schedule separately.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set per transaction and per rolling period. These limits are displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by depo4d are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any resulting balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times on eligible games). Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary and are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
depo4d actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: bonus-hunting strategies using low-risk staking patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine play; collusion between multiple accounts to share bonus entitlements; and the use of automated betting tools or scripts. Each promotion is limited to one participation per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Where multiple accounts are found to have claimed the same promotion, depo4d reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and close the duplicate accounts.
Bonus funds and associated free bets expire after the period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates within their account dashboard.
All games available on depo4d — including slot games from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft); live casino tables from Evolution Gaming; crash games from Spribe; and lottery-style games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-stream mechanisms audited by accredited independent testing laboratories. All bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body of each sport or game. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, depo4d's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — is final. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). depo4d reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome is known ("late bets").
In the event of a technical failure, network outage, or server interruption during an active game session, depo4d will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last recorded valid state. Where a valid state cannot be restored, affected stakes may be refunded at depo4d's discretion. depo4d is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on depo4d and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
depo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the platform's integrity.
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, depo4d will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus balance) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond depo4d's control may result in temporary service interruptions. depo4d shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, depo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
depo4d's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to the platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against depo4d.
